it’s wonky is solely run by me! all my ceramics are handmade, resulting in natural finish and size variations. all dimensions, colors, and liquid measurements are approximate.

please carefully read each product's description before purchasing because all items are not refundable.

all pieces are made with stoneware and food-safe glazes. each piece is dishwasher and microwave-safe unless stated otherwise in the item description - also, to avoid temp shock make sure your piece isn’t cold or freezing before microwaving!

hand washing is always recommended to help maintain the quality of the piece.

shipping

all items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to the address input during checkout within 4 business days of the order placement. shipping costs are automatically calculated by USPS based on your zip code. customers will receive the tracking number for the parcel once shipped. US shipping only, i do not offer international shipping.

please your recycle your shipping materials or save them for future packages you wish to send!!

returns

due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted. but please notify me immediately if there’s anything wrong with your order!

damages

i carefully inspect each item before sending it to its new home. if your item appears to be damaged in ways not stated in the item description, please send photos of the piece within 48hrs of receiving it to itswonky.works@gmail.com so we can work out a solution.

it’s wonky is not responsible for damages to items while in your possession.
